DGU SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT/TERMS OF USE

Please read this subscriber agreement and terms of use before using the DGU website. Your access to and use of this site is subject to these terms of use, including the Privacy Statement, and all applicable laws, and you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not visit this site.

DGU Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use: I understand that Disc Golf United™ (DGU) is a disc golf handicap subscription service and that DGU™ reserves the right to deny services and benefits to any individual or organization at any time. DGU will not deny subscription services or the ability to participate in DGU events to individuals on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or marital status. DGU reserves the right to suspend subscription service to any users or subscribers at any time while providing a notice of severance and the issuance of a prorated refund for unused prepaid subscriptions within 60 days, if applicable. I understand that DGU reserves the right to cancel any subscription, without refund, should it be determined that there has been any deception or negligence on the part of the subscriber in the operation of or during participation in any DGU event, in the reporting of intramural scoring results or in the supplying of financial information to DGU, organizers, subscribers or contractors.

I understand that DGU League Captains are subscribers to DGU, and as such also agree to operate all DGU events in a fair, professional, honest manner in accordance with DGU guidelines and the PDGA Rules of Play and all applicable laws. DGU cannot guarantee the performance of individual subscribers, captains, organizations or contractors. The terms "Disc Golf United", "DGU", "Handicap Factor" "Course Locator", " DGU Handicap", "DGU Handicap Service" "DGU Handicap System", "Universal Disc Golf Handicap", "DGU SSA", "DGU Course Locator", "Personal Handicap Factor", "League Handicap Factor", "Official DGU League", "Official DGU Handicap", and "DGU Event" are trademarks and service marks of DGU which has the sole right to authorize and license the use of these marks by others. Website content is intellectual and proprietary material and except as provided in these terms of use, no content or materials may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, reproduced, distributed, copied, publicly displayed or otherwise used, without written permission of DGU. This site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. DGU does not control any such websites, and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or for the collection, use or disclosure of any information those sites may collect. DGU has the right, but not the obligation to review, edit or delete any comment posted by users, subscribers or contractors. I agree that I choose to voluntarily participate in any activities associated with DGU, and I also agree to assume all risks associated with, and to hold harmless DGU, all contractors, subscribers, investors, organizers, throwers, course owners, employees or volunteers for any physical, emotional or financial injuries sustained or created by my participation. These Terms of Use as well as access to certain areas of this website may be modified at any time and any changes will posted herein. Continued use of this site shall be deemed an acceptance of any such changes.
