You may not be able to throw as far as Jennifer Allen but you can share her control and accuracy with her Proto Glow Champion TeeBird. How this batch of Proto Glow Champion TeeBirds feel: Minimal to modest dome. Softer glow feel. Pink discs are a tad stiffer. More about the player: Jennifer Allen is one of the most powerful throwers on the tour. She made it plain for everyone to see in 2016 when she broke the women’s distance record with a 569 foot throw. A fan favorite for her 12+ years on tour, Allen has really shined in the masters division winning the US Masters in 2021 and winning the women’s masters division in the 2022 and 2023 USWDGC. Gregg Barsby throws his Eagles for just about anything. His Innova Proto Glow Champion Eagle is just as versatile. Give it a ride. More about the player: Gregg Barsby’s biggest win came at the 2018 World Championships. But he might be just as well known for his entertaining play and infectious personality. It’s not uncommon for the popular player to strike up conversations with fans after rounds. A veteran of the pro scene for more than 20 years, Barsby has a number of other wins and feats including the unforgettable roller ace at the Masters Cup in 2009. More about the disc: The Eagle X is the original, professional level overstable fairway driver. Great option for power players looking to carve smooth lines forehand or backhand with steady fade. The Innova Star Racer has a knack for chasing down birdies. Watch em’ pile up after throwing this distance driver that’s got speed and super-sized glide. How the Star Racer feels: Wider rim, similar in size to the Tern. Signature feature has to be the nose’s outer bead. Disc ranges from minimal to noticeable dome. Star Racer Flight numbers: 12 / 6 / -1 / 2 How it flies: ‘Seasoned Destroyer’ is something you hear a bunch when it comes to the Racer. After a flat release, watch it speed down the fairway. But instead of it fading hard like a Destroyer, the Racer stays pretty straight, especially for average arms. Eventually the fade kicks in, but not before it’s sailed a long way. Another term you hear a lot with the Racer is glide. This disc just doesn’t want to come back to the ground. Forehand: Give it a shot. Flat release results in a modest turnover flight that finds fade at the end. A moderate hyzer release produces hzyer flip flight. Though not as overstable as Champion, it still has enough bite to handle your full-send heaves. It’s the preferred plastic for drivers. The Racer is great for: When you want Destroyer performance, but without Destroyer beef. When you need that 10 extra feet of glide Predictable distance and fade Long hyzers How will I throw it? In lighter weights, beginners and intermediate players can see some real dividends. Intermediates will experience straight, long flights. Advanced level players will be able to make the big ‘S’ flight and hzyer flips look routine, but may overpower it on occasion.

The Star Croc is the most overstable midrange to hit the lineup to date. Similar to the Gator, but with an aggressive concave wing and no bead. Previously only featured in the USDGC Pro Shop, the Star Croc is available now as part of a limited production run.

The Wraith is a long stable Distance Driver with speed, glide and accuracy. This Wraith can provide great distance for players of all skill levels. It is an excellent down wind driver that also performs predictably into the wind. The Star Wraith is endorsed by 12-time World Champion, Ken Climo.

Consider the Innova Star Gorgon – an easy throwing, understable distance driver – your shield against hideous bogey monsters. How the Star Gorgon feels: Easy to grip and release. Rim is thinner than other distance drivers and its underside is also flatter. All in all, it’s a distance driver in fairway driver clothing. Most have noticeable dome. Star Gorgon Flight numbers: 10 / 6 / -2 / 1 How it flies: With a flat release, amid mild conditions, most players will find the Gorgon travels smoothly (300 to 350+) with an easy turn and a fade that’s present, but not overly so. Great as a distance gainer for less powerful throwers. “It's similar to a speed 10 version of the Leopard3 or Hawkeye. Forehand: For those with moderate forehand power, the Gorgon will fit right in your bag with long, straight flights with modest turn. Those with noticeable power will find it flippy. Shine a little light on your short game with the Innova Star Firefly putt and approach disc. How it feels. Beadless. Flat. Deeper in the hand than the Aviar. Fairly stiff. Smooth Star plastic. How the Firefly flies: The Firefly is a stable to overstable putter that will provide consistent flight in most all conditions. Similar to the Aviar Putt & Approach disc, but a tad more overstable and wind resistant. How will I throw it?: Beginner to intermediate players will see straight flights with a moderate fade at flight’s end. As they become more accustomed to the disc, they will experience an even straighter finish. Advanced players will see very straight flights from the start and as it ages it will become more and more of a turnover disc.
