Order Fulfillment:

When ordering, we encourage you to provide primary and secondary preferences for each item. We will always inform you directly by phone or email before making substitutions to any part of your order that fall outside of your provided preferences. 

Your order may be delayed if your preferences cannot be met and we are unable to get in contact with you. In cases where you cannot be reached by phone or email within 48 hours, substitutions or cancellations will be made on your behalf.

Shipping & Delivery:

Our shipping days are Monday-Friday. Holidays do not apply. Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 8 AM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 8 AM Eastern time will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

*Weekends:  Orders placed on Friday after 8 a.m. or anytime Saturday and Sunday will start shipping the following Monday in the order received.

DGU Flat Rate Shipping: Available for orders being shipped within the lower 48 states only. The kind of flat rate you receive depends on your order size. Orders weighing less than 1 pound (including packaging) ship for only $3. All other orders ship for $5 regardless of order size or contents. Shipping method for this option may vary, but is typically USPS Priority. Delivery usually takes between 2-6 business days. DISCatcher Pro 28 Target parts are excluded from the Flat Rate program. 

Canada Flat Rate Shipping:  

  • $12 standard shipping on any size order
  • $29 DHL 2-day expedited shipping on orders at least $100 (subtotal)
(Canadian Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to targets).

International Duties / Taxes / Fees

It is the responsibility of our customers to pay for whatever duties, taxes, and other fees are associated with receiving an order from DGU. Though we reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipping carrier for each order, we will do our best to choose a carrier that is the most affordable for our customers. 

In most cases that will be USPS. However, for larger shipments, when USPS is not an appropriate option, other carriers like UPS, Fedex, and DHL will be used. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with any questions. 

Sales Tax:

Orders shipped to applicable states are subject to sales tax.

Payment & Pricing:

Payments through credit card and paypal are accepted. All transactions are secured and encrypted. Payment info does not get stored on our server or website. If you would like to arrange other payment methods, please contact us during business hours at 800-339-2259. Prices are in US Dollars. Online promotions are available only when indicated. 

Gift Cards & Online Payout

We will maintain the value of gift cards and online payout for 5 years. After 5 years, we reserve the right to void any outstanding balance left on gift cards or online payment vouchers. 

*Gift Cards are not accepted for Marketplace Items.

Order Errors

If we made a bogey on your order, please send an email to [email protected] and we'll make it right at no charge.

Returns/ Refunds

We understand that our items may not always work out. That’s why we do our best to make returning an easy and fair process. A full refund will be awarded provided the following guidelines are met:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Merchandise is in new / original condition

Returns exceeding 30 Day window or are in used condition will not be accepted.

In addition, returns must also:

  • Only include items from a single order (no mixing orders)
  • Include a copy of your order number with the return shipment

**Up to 2 returns per month will be processed free of charge

A 20% restocking fee will be charged per return for returns with mixed orders, returns without an order number, or an excessive number of returns.
