Order Fulfillment:

When ordering, we encourage you to provide primary and secondary preferences for each item. We will always inform you directly by phone or email before making substitutions to any part of your order that fall outside of your provided preferences.

Your order may be delayed if your preferences cannot be met and we are unable to get in contact with you. In cases where you cannot be reached by phone or email within 48 hours, substitutions or cancellations will be made on your behalf.

Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping days are Monday-Friday. Holidays do not apply. Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 8 AM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 8 AM Eastern time will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

*Weekends: Orders placed on Friday after 8 a.m. or anytime Saturday and Sunday will start shipping the following Monday in the order received.

DGU Flat Rate Shipping (United States)

The kind of flat rate you receive depends on your order size. Orders weighing less than 1 pound (including packaging) ship for only $3. These typically ship USPS First Class. All other orders ship for $5 regardless of order size or contents. The shipping method for this option may vary. Delivery usually takes between 2-6 business days.

>>>Express Shipping is available to customers in the United States for $7 for orders meeting the following criteria:

Total weight of order is less than 2 pounds
Order has 5 or less items
Order does not include items from target/basket category or bulky items like umbrellas, stools, and most bags.

Orders using Express Shipping will ship out same day, provided the order is placed before 12 pm eastern time (Weekends not included). FedEx Express 2-Day Shipping is used for these orders. FedEx will deliver these order by the end of the 2nd business day. Here are a few examples: If you place your order Monday before noon, it will be sent FedEx Monday and will arive by Wednesday evening. If you place your order Monday evening. It will be sent FedEx Tuesday and will arrive by Thursday evening. Express Shipping Orders made after 12 pm Friday and through Sunday will ship Monday. Call us with any questions: 800-339-2259.

Pro 28 Targets and all Pro 28 Target parts will only ship to customers living in the lower 48 states of the United States.

Canada Flat Rate Shipping

$10 standard shipping on any size order. Arrival window is between 6-14 business days (Some orders, though, may take longer).
$15 express shipping on any size order. Arrival window is between 3-5 business days. These orders typically ship FedEX or DHL.

Canada Duties / Taxes / Fees

To simplify this process, all Canadian duties, taxes, and fees will be charged (in addition to the flat rate shipping fee) at checkout. This ensures no surprise fees upon arrival.

International Shipping (Non Canada)

Shipping fees will vary depending on order size and country location.

International Duties / Taxes / Fees (Non Canada)

International customers outside of Canada will pay for applicable duties, taxes, and other fees upon receipt of order. Though we reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipping carrier for each order, we will do our best to choose a carrier that is the most affordable for our customers. In most cases that will be USPS. However, for larger shipments, when USPS is not an appropriate option, other carriers like UPS, Fedex, and DHL will be used.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to applicable states are subject to sales tax.

Payment & Pricing

Payments through credit card and paypal are accepted. All transactions are secured and encrypted. Payment info does not get stored on our server or website. If you would like to arrange other payment methods, please contact us during business hours at 800-339-2259. Prices are in US Dollars. Online promotions are available only when indicated.

Gift Cards & Online Payout

We will maintain the value of gift cards and online payout for 5 years. After 5 years, we reserve the right to void any outstanding balance left on gift cards or online payment vouchers.

Order Errors

If we made a bogey on your order, please send an email to [email protected] and we'll make it right at no charge.

Returns/ Refunds

We understand that our items may not always work out. That’s why we do our best to make returning an easy and fair process. A full refund will be awarded provided the following guidelines are met:

Items are returned within 30 days of purchase
Merchandise is in new / original condition

Returns exceeding 30 Day window or are in used condition will not be accepted.

In addition, returns must also:

Only include items from a single order (no mixing orders)
Include a copy of your order number with the return shipment

**Up to 2 returns per month will be processed free of charge

A 20% restocking fee will be charged per return for returns with mixed orders, returns without an order number, or an excessive number of returns.
