The Aviar Putt & Approach is the number one putter in disc golf. Having won more World Championships than all other putters combined. A predictably straight flight allows for confident putting, easy upshots, and even throws from the teepad.

The Pig is an overstable Mid-Range disc. It is great for hyzer putting, sidearm approaches and backhand spikes. The Pig holds the line well, even in extreme wind conditions. The Pig features a Thumtrac® Rim for sure grips on sidearm throws and putts. It performs equally well for backhand or sidearm throws.

The Innova DX Python is an old school midrange-sized disc that still knows how to get up and go. If hook shots and headwinds are in your future, it’s time to bag the Innova DX Griffin – the retro disc, now classified as a midrange, with a very overstable flight. **Limited Run of Out of Production Disc How the Griffin feels: Small diameter. Stiffer feel. Rim feels similar to fairway driver, but flight plate is a little thicker. Griffin Flight Numbers: 5 / 3 / 1 / 3 How the Griffin flies: The Griffin is a very overstable mid range disc, which is easy to see based on its +1 Turn rating and +3 Fade. It can take head winds, head on without a problem and full power approaches that always finish with Fade. DX plastic Provides good all-around, all-weather grip at a very affordable price. The Innova Pro Coupe is an old school putt and approach disc designed to cruise straight to the basket. **Limited Run of Out of Production Disc How the Coupe feels: Small diameter putt and approach disc with bead on rim bottom. Very thick upper rim that transitions to thin flight plate. Flat. Coupe Flight Numbers: 2 / 3 / -1 / 1 How the Coupe flies: For approaches, the Coupe flies similar to an Aviar except a tad more understable. Great for moderate length ‘S’ shot. Straight shooter from inside the circle. Innova Pro plastic is the next progression from DX plastic but still maintains affordability. And, you could make the argument it’s the best Innova plastic for glide. It’s less durable than premium plastics. It’s also more understable than Champion, Star, and Halo. **This Coupe comes in an especially grippy blend of Pro plastic which feels similar to JK Pro plastic. Fly the fairway like you own it with the Innova R-Pro Cro – a serious mid that’s at home on any course. **Limited Run of Out of Production Disc How the Cro feels: Small diameter mid range with a smallish rim to match.  Noticeable dome. Cro Flight Numbers: 5 / 3 / 0 / 2 How the Cro flies: When the Cro takes off, you’ll see a slightly overstable flight that’s surprisingly quick. Good option for power throwers looking to dial back a Gator. R-Pro plastic is among Innova’s most grippy plastics. It’s also softer and flexier than other plastic lines. Its durability outlasts DX plastic, but not other Innova plastics. In terms of stability, R-Pro is slightly more overstable than DX. The Innova Star Raven is a sneaky far, old school driver that has a knack for landing in paydirt. **Limited Run of Out of Production Disc How the Raven feels: Noticeable dome. Jumbo bead along top of rim. Smaller bead along rim bottom. Raven Flight Numbers: 6 / 4 / -2 / 2 How the Raven flies: In its heyday (mid to late 1990’s), the Raven was said to be Innova’s longest large diameter disc. Now classified as a fairway driver, it is still touted for its control, predictability and its penchant for finding shiny objects like the basket. Star plastic gives the best of both worlds: incredible durability while maintaining a grippy feel in the hand. In terms of stability it sits in between DX and Champion. Great for: Placement shots Long, slow anhyzers

Like a speedier mid range, the Innova DX Ram charges to the green without a second thought. **Limited Run of Out of Production Disc How the Ram feels: Noticeable dome. Large diameter. Underside of rim has flattened edge.   Ram Flight Numbers: 6 / 4 / -1 / 4 How the Ram flies: In the mid 1990’s it wasn’t uncommon for Innova’s fairway drivers to be a lot bigger. In fact some like the Ram were the same size as today’s large diameter mid ranges. In the air, the overstable Ram flies like a faster midrange, but serves up extra helpings of mutton with its fade rating of 4. The Philo Brathwaite Star Destroyer routinely turns unlikely shots into your personal web gems. How this batch of Star Destroyers feel: Noticeable dome. More about the player: Nowadays most know Philo Brathwaite for his  fun and engaging commentary for pro tour coverage. Though Brathwaite has slowed down his competitive play the last few years, he has shown he can still hang with the best like when he won the US Masters in 2023. And, you can’t mention Brathwaite without mentioning his Albatross at the 2016 Beaver State Fling (Thrown with a Destroyer). He amazingly finished the 850-foot par 5 in only 2 throws. And, it was caught on tape during Central Coast Disc Golf’s coverage.  More about the disc: The Destroyer is a very fast, very overstable distance driver meant for advanced players. Thrown with the proper amount of power, the Destroyer disc flies straight followed by a slight turn for incredible distance until its mighty fade brings it back to the ground. It’s like a less aggressive Caiman, but with a jumbo-sized bead on the rim bottom. Spider Flight Numbers: 5 / 3 / 0 / 1 How the Spider flies: Spider lovers rave about this disc for its versatile, slow flight that really delivers for short to medium length shots. Stable to understable, the Spider flips the script on ordinarily awkward shots. Champion plastic is among Innova’s most durable plastics. Expect years of use with little change in flight characteristics. However, it is also among Innova’s least grippy plastics.
