  1. Every disc golfer needs a disc that can turn the tide. Our Classic Glow Champion Tern with the slice n’ dice Sling3lade design has enough wow-factor in the air and on the disc to keep you in the hunt. * A Marm O. Set Design. Run Details: Pretty flat to minimum dome. More about the design: The original SlingBlade design with two blades was cool, but this Sling3lade edition with three blades is even cooler – we’re talking cool infused with bacon and fire breathing monster trucks – kind of cool. Not only that, but artist Marm O. Set, who calls this “My favorite of the VTX series,” was inspired by Boba Fett’s helmet for this ultra clean design. Can’t go wrong there. Word of warning: If you spin these Sling3lade discs too fast they may open a portal to another dimension, which may or may not have disc golf. More about the Tern: The Tern is a fast slightly understable disc that is designed for long shot shaping throws. What’s great about the Tern, is that you don’t have to have incredible power to throw it far. Just throw it flat and its glide and natural turn will take it from there. Disc Model Flight Numbers: 12 / 6 / -2 / 2

Run Details: Noticeable dome. More about the design: The original SlingBlade design with two blades was cool, but this Sling3lade edition with three blades is even cooler – we’re talking cool infused with bacon and fire breathing monster trucks – kind of cool. 3. The Innova Pro Coupe is an old school putt and approach disc designed to cruise straight to the basket. **Limited Run of Out of Production Disc How the Coupe feels: Small diameter putt and approach disc with bead on rim bottom. Very thick upper rim that transitions to thin flight plate. Flat. Coupe Flight Numbers: 2 / 3 / -1 / 1 How the Coupe flies: For approaches, the Coupe flies similar to an Aviar except a tad more understable. Great for moderate length ‘S’ shot. Straight shooter from inside the circle. Innova Pro plastic is the next progression from DX plastic but still maintains affordability. And, you could make the argument it’s the best Innova plastic for glide. It’s less durable than premium plastics. It’s also more understable than Champion, Star, and Halo. **This Coupe comes in an especially grippy blend of Pro plastic which feels similar to JK Pro plastic. Great for: Inside the circle putting Thread the needle approaches

Beaded rim bottom. Hawg Flight Numbers: 2 / 1 / 0 / 3.5 How the Hawg flies: Some wild pigs have got some speed. This Hawg does not. With only a 2 speed rating and barely any glide, all this porker wants to do is hit the hay (or a basket) for a rest. Champion plastic is among Innova’s most durable plastics. Expect years of use with little change in flight characteristics. However, it is also among Innova’s least grippy plastics. In terms of stability, Champion plastic is among Innova’s most overstable plastics. Great for: Short range wind fighter Slow approach for power throwers Forehand darts

  9. The Innova Champion Gorgon achieves monster distance without the scary fade of other distance drivers. How the Gorgon feels: Easy to grip and release. Rim is thinner than other distance drivers and its underside is also flatter. All in all, it’s a distance driver in fairway driver clothing. Most have noticeable dome. Gorgon Flight numbers: 10 / 6 / -2 / 1 How it flies: With a flat release, amid mild conditions, most players will find the Gorgon travels smoothly (300 to 350+) with an easy turn and a fade that’s present, but not overly so. The disc facilitates any release angle including anhyzers that seem to sail forever. Great as a distance gainer for less powerful throwers. “It's similar to a speed 10 version of the Leopard3 or Hawkeye. Very controllable fairway driver like flight in a distance driver,” said Innova General Manager Kobyn Dunipace. Forehand: For those with moderate forehand power, the Gorgon will fit right in your bag with long, straight flights with modest turn. Those with noticeable power will find it flippy. Champion plastic: Champion plastic is among Innova’s most durable plastics. Expect years of use with little change in flight characteristics. However, it is also among Innova’s least grippy plastics. In terms of stability, Champion plastic is among Innova’s most overstable plastics. The Gorgon is great for: When you want distance driver speed but not distance driver fade Throwing anhyzers that don’t fight against you Players that don’t like super wide rims Those needing a longer fairway driver Lengthy low ceiling shots How will I throw it? In lighter weights, this disc could come in handy for beginners looking to tack on distance. Intermediate players will really benefit from this disc’s turning ease. For advance or power throwers, the Gorgon would likely be a turnover driver, but slightly less flippy in Champ plastic.

  11. The InnMold DX Aviar supplies the same trusted putt and approach flight the world has grown accustomed to, but now with a vibrant color design on top. How the Aviar feels: In the hand, the Aviar has a rounded, comfortable rim that leaves plenty of room for your fingers no matter which way you grip it. DX Aviar Flight numbers:  2 / 3 / 0 / 1 How it flies: When the Aviar is thrown at slow speed for putting, it holds the line you put it on with neutral stability. When utilized as a throwing putter the Aviar has surprising torque resistance. When it was released in 1984, it was the first disc designed specifically for putting! 40 years later, it’s still the disc the world turns to for sure-fire lines to the basket. DX Plastic: Its ample, all-weather grip and quick break-in time is incredibly tough to beat. Plus, it’s very affordable. When it comes to stability, it’s the least overstable of Innova plastics (which benefits beginners). InnMold uses a special process in which full color artwork is actually applied during the molding process instead of afterwards like other processes. InnMold allows for a smooth finish that is basically undetectable to the touch. Great for: Predictable Putts Approaches / Short tee shots 1 Disc rounds
