Advanced players will love the versatility of this disc while newer players can rely on the consistent finish. Champion plastic is among Innova’s most durable plastics. Expect years of use with little change in flight characteristics. However, it is also among Innova’s least grippy plastics. In terms of stability, Champion plastic is among Innova’s most overstable plastics. Make your fairway game a bit more flexible with the grippy, gummy and understable Innova GStar Roadrunner. How it feels: Slender fairway style rim. Easy to grip and release. Most have at least a modest amount of dome. GStar Roadrunner Flight numbers: 9 / 5 / -4 / 1 How the Roadrunner flies: The Roadrunner is a very understable fairway driver. It produces a reliable straight or hyzer flip flight for those with less power or an easy-to-throw anhyzer or roller for those with bigger arms. Simply put, the Roadrunner disc does more with less than any other disc on the planet. GStar plastic: GStar plastic provides the most grip and flexibility from a premium Innova plastic. It’s an all-season plastic but it really shines in wet and cold seasons. As far as durability, it ranks among our longest lasting plastics. GStar plastic is typically more understable than other premium plastics. It’s got excellent glide and minimal fade at flight’s end. For moderate conditions, especially in the woods, the Mako3 can easily be your most used disc for medium length drives and approaches.
