  1. The Philo Brathwaite Star Destroyer routinely turns unlikely shots into your personal web gems. How this batch of Star Destroyers feel: Noticeable dome. More about the player: Nowadays most know Philo Brathwaite for his  fun and engaging commentary for pro tour coverage. Though Brathwaite has slowed down his competitive play the last few years, he has shown he can still hang with the best like when he won the US Masters in 2023. And, you can’t mention Brathwaite without mentioning his Albatross at the 2016 Beaver State Fling (Thrown with a Destroyer). He amazingly finished the 850-foot par 5 in only 2 throws. And, it was caught on tape during Central Coast Disc Golf’s coverage.  More about the disc: The Destroyer is a very fast, very overstable distance driver meant for advanced players. Thrown with the proper amount of power, the Destroyer disc flies straight followed by a slight turn for incredible distance until its mighty fade brings it back to the ground. Why only available in 165-169 grams? Because that’s the weight of the Destroyer that landed the Albatross. Destroyer Flight Numbers: 12 / 5 / -1 / 3

  2. If the Aviar and Polecat had a child, its name would be Xero. Stable, straight, and true, the Innova Xero is a perfect ten when it comes to dialing-in putts and threading your way to the green. Xero to Chains in Seconds Flat! The medium profile Xero has a similar look to an Aviar, but with a more compact feel and rounded rim that allows you to really sling this disc straight into the basket. For approach shots, this Innova putter with a bead on the rim behaves closely to a Polecat with its 0 glide and 0 fade. Watching this disc hyzer flip to straight is a thing of beauty. And anhyzer shots are just as pretty. It just hums along and does its thing. Mild conditions or in the woods are where this disc really shines. Choose Xero When it comes to Innova Putters, there are several to choose from, but make sure you put the Innova Xero high on your list.

  8. Smooth and stiff, the Innova KC Pro Roc is the preferred mid range for professional and highly skilled players everywhere. How the Roc feels: The rounded, shallow rim means business, but it's not difficult to grasp. Large diameter. Roc Flight numbers:  4 / 4 / 0 / 3 How it flies: Since its inception, the Roc has been a staple in the bags of disc golfers worldwide. You can count on its overstable flight from the get-go and as it ages you’ll find new uses for the versatile disc. No matter the shot you face, throwing a Roc is a great option. KC Pro Plastic: Though it’s the least durable and least grippy of the Innova plastic family, players, especially pros, still gravitate toward it for its smooth, stiffer feel. KC Pro was designed for 12-time World Champ Ken Climo, who used the plastic during his dominance of the pro tour. Great for: Medium length drives with trusty fade Cycling several in your bag in various stages of wear Force flex annys Smooth, slow hyzers How will I throw it? Beginner: With its out-of-the-box overstability, it may not be the best choice for a new player. Intermediate players make great use of its versatitlity and advanced players will likely bag several.
