  1. Obstacles seems to wither away with the Rasmus Saukkoriipi Proto Glow Champion Toro from Innova. How this batch of Proto Glow Champion Toro feels: Flat. Softer feel. More about the player: Rasmus Saukkoriipi, of Finland, is a forehand specialist who’s been on the pro scene since 2022. Largely appearing in Europe, Saukkoriipi tied for 19th at the 2023 European Open and has a number of other impressive finishes. More about the disc: Bulldoze your way to the green with the Innova Toro – the great feeling overstable mid range that’s sure to win-over power players in any arena. New Proto Glow material shines on and on. Flight Numbers: 4 / 2 / 1 / 3

  2. Get the birdie party stared right with Kevin Jones’ Innova Luster Champion Max. This disc really knows how to lay a beat … down. How this batch of Luster Max feels: Minimal dome. Handy Luster grip. More about the player: Already a well known name on tour, Jones joined Team Innova midway through the 2024 season, bringing his podium experience and clutch play. Last year, he had a top five finish at the Ledgestone, but he’s probably best known for his 2020 DGPT Championship win. Off the course, he Rocs the house with his DJ skills (hence the stereo themed stamp). More about the disc: With a fade of 5 (the most for an Innova disc) and a minimal glide of 3, the Star Max is the closest you can come to throwing a PDGA approved cinder block. No matter how you throw it, it will fade a way to fade. Flight Numbers: 11 / 3 / 0 / 5

  3. Do your fingers a favor and purchase the Innova Firefly in Soft Pro Plastic. The plastic is so gummy and grippy your hands will never want to putt with anything else. **Scuffs are more apparent in Soft Pro plastic. This is normal and does not affect the flight or performance of disc. How the Soft Pro Firefly feels: Very Flat. Beadless. Grip to the max. Great for cold weather rounds. Innova Firefly Flight numbers:  2 / 3 / 0 / 1 How the Firefly disc flies: Players have taken to the Firefly so fast because of its stable to overstable short range flight that stays true in a range of conditions. It has a touch more fade than the Aviar, which comes in handy for long range hyzer putts and stable approach shots. Great for: Short Drives Lengthy circle putts Clutch, hard throwing putts.

  4. If the Aviar and Polecat had a child, its name would be Xero. Stable, straight, and true, the Innova Xero is a perfect ten when it comes to dialing-in putts and threading your way to the green. Xero to Chains in Seconds Flat! The medium profile Xero has a similar look to an Aviar, but with a more compact feel and rounded rim that allows you to really sling this disc straight into the basket. For approach shots, this Innova putter with a bead on the rim behaves closely to a Polecat with its 0 glide and 0 fade. Watching this disc hyzer flip to straight is a thing of beauty. And anhyzer shots are just as pretty. It just hums along and does its thing. Mild conditions or in the woods are where this disc really shines. Choose Xero When it comes to Innova Putters, there are several to choose from, but make sure you put the Innova Xero high on your list.

  5. Give the course and the competition a real scare with the far flying Innova Blizzard Champion Beast. It’s available in lighter weights so more players can go deep. How the Beast disc feels: Wider rim, but not as wide was the Wraith or Destroyer. Most discs have noticeable dome. Blizzard Beast Flight Numbers: 10 / 5 / -2 / 2 How the Beast flies: Don’t let the name scare you off, the stable to understable Beast is one of the more accessible distance drivers in the Innova stable. A pioneering wide-rimmed driver, the Beast has big glide and moderate fade for smooth ‘S’ shots when thrown anhyzer and is still able to hold a line when needed. Can handle mild to moderate winds. Blizzard Champion plastic: By infusing tightly bound air bubbles into Champion plastic, maximum distance drivers can be made in seriously light plastics – which are much easier for less powerful players to throw far. Part of Innova’s Champion plastic family, Blizzard is among Innova’s most durable plastics. However, it is also among Innova’s least grippy plastics. Great for: Beginners & less powerful players Open hole smashes Clean forehand lines A more understable substitute for a Wraith or Charger How will I throw it?: Beginner: Newer players will have good luck throwing this disc right away. Expect moderate fade at flight’s end, especially in the lightest weights. Intermediate players will really make this disc hum and even see some turnover potential. Advanced players will, in many cases, overpower this disc.
