The Shryke is an easy to throw, very long range driver for a wide variety of players. A mild high speed turn puts the Shryke in glide mode, which along with its high aerodynamic speed, give it incredible distance. The low speed fade is also mild, which makes it easy to keep on the fairway. The Shryke is similar to our popular Tern but faster and slightly more high speed stable.

When it comes to overstable drivers, only one disc comes to mind for most: The Champion Firebird. Turn down the overstability of the Firebird a notch with the grippy and flexy Innova GStar Firebird. How it feels: The Firebird’s medium sized rim allows for a comfortable fit for any sized hand. Dome ranges from modest to noticeable. Firebird Flight numbers: 9 / 3 / 0 / 4 Flight Path: Thrown flat with enough power, the overstable Firebird will fly straight for short to medium length drives until its strong fade hooks it to the ground. GStar plastic: GStar plastic provides the most grip and flexibility from a premium Innova plastic. Really shines in wet and cold weather. Not quite as durable as Star, Champion, or Halo, but not as overstable either. How will I throw it?: Beginners: We do not recommend this disc to newer players. Intermediate players should be able to handle a GStar Firebird, especially in a lighter weight. Advanced players will make the most of the disc and its array of uses, even for the occasional flex anhyzer.
