  1. The Innova Xero in R-Pro plastic is the dead straight putt and approach disc that suddenly turns out of range putts into makeable ones. How the Xero disc feels: Compared to the Aviar, it has a deeper, wider rim and a bead. The R pro Xero is flatter, flexier, and softer than the DX Xero and XT Xero. However, the R-Pro Xero still has plenty of structure to it. It is not floppy.Innova Xero Putter Flight Numbers: 2 / 3 / 0 / 0How the R Pro Xero flies: The Xero helps increase your putting comfort zone. That’s because the zero high speed turn and zero fade provide a straight flight at slow putting speeds. So even if you don’t land as cleanly on the green as expected, that putt with the Xero is still doable – making it one of the best putters for beginners.Approach shots are just as handy. Controlled approaches and short drives are right up the Xero’s alley. It just hums along and does its thing. Mild conditions or in the woods are where this disc really shines. How will I throw it? Everyone can benefit from the longer, straighter putts the Xero creates. Carry two in your bag. One for putts and one for approaches.Great for: Long putts from downtown.Smooth, straight, and predictable approach shots.Winter and rainy disc golf. R-Pro grip, baby!Choose this disc: if you’re looking for a bigger birdie zone, stop right at Xero!

  2. Does your fairway game have the IT factor? Leave no room for doubt by throwing the Innova IT, the understable fairway driver in Star plastic that’s round ready right out of the box. What break-in time? Other understable discs, require beat-in time to achieve the desired turnover flight. Not the case here. IT is ready to fill that flippy spot from throw one.Star IT disc Flight Numbers: 7 / 6 / -2 / 1What IT is: A finesse fairway driver similar to a beat-in Leopard or Roadrunner that’s big on glide, turn, and usability. What IT is NOT: A beefy driver you will only use for specialized shots and will take months to break-in.Kinds of shots IT excels at: Turnovers that stay turned (IT’s turn is gentler than discs like the Mamba)Effortless Hyzer FlipsTunnel shots / Tight alleyways / Tough to hit gapsStandstill shotsRollersPoint and ShootThe IT disc was built for glide and ease of use. The underside of the rim is more rounded than other Innova fairway drivers and the top has a healthy amount of dome.Who should throw IT?Intermediate to advanced players looking for a dependably understable disc.Older players looking to regain that deft touch.Women and newer players in search of an easy to throw sharp shooter. Why you should buy this disc: If you are looking to make silky smooth anhyzers and hzyer flips – IT is all you need.

  3. If the Aviar and Polecat had a child, its name would be Xero. Stable, straight, and true, the Innova Xero is a perfect ten when it comes to dialing-in putts and threading your way to the green. Xero to Chains in Seconds Flat! The medium profile Xero has a similar look to an Aviar, but with a more compact feel and rounded rim that allows you to really sling this disc straight into the basket. For approach shots, this Innova putter with a bead on the rim behaves closely to a Polecat with its 0 glide and 0 fade. Watching this disc hyzer flip to straight is a thing of beauty. And anhyzer shots are just as pretty. It just hums along and does its thing. Mild conditions or in the woods are where this disc really shines. Choose Xero When it comes to Innova Putters, there are several to choose from, but make sure you put the Innova Xero high on your list.

  8. Give the course and the competition a real scare with the far flying Innova Blizzard Champion Beast. It’s available in lighter weights so more players can go deep. How the Beast disc feels: Wider rim, but not as wide was the Wraith or Destroyer. Most discs have noticeable dome. Blizzard Beast Flight Numbers: 10 / 5 / -2 / 2 How the Beast flies: Don’t let the name scare you off, the stable to understable Beast is one of the more accessible distance drivers in the Innova stable. A pioneering wide-rimmed driver, the Beast has big glide and moderate fade for smooth ‘S’ shots when thrown anhyzer and is still able to hold a line when needed. Can handle mild to moderate winds. Blizzard Champion plastic: By infusing tightly bound air bubbles into Champion plastic, maximum distance drivers can be made in seriously light plastics – which are much easier for less powerful players to throw far. Part of Innova’s Champion plastic family, Blizzard is among Innova’s most durable plastics. However, it is also among Innova’s least grippy plastics. Great for: Beginners & less powerful players Open hole smashes Clean forehand lines A more understable substitute for a Wraith or Charger How will I throw it?: Beginner: Newer players will have good luck throwing this disc right away. Expect moderate fade at flight’s end, especially in the lightest weights. Intermediate players will really make this disc hum and even see some turnover potential. Advanced players will, in many cases, overpower this disc.
