If the Aviar and Polecat had a child, its name would be Xero. Stable, straight, and true, the Innova Xero is a perfect ten when it comes to dialing-in putts and threading your way to the green. Xero to Chains in Seconds Flat! The medium profile Xero has a similar look to an Aviar, but with a more compact feel and rounded rim that allows you to really sling this disc straight into the basket. For approach shots, this Innova putter with a bead on the rim behaves closely to a Polecat with its 0 glide and 0 fade. Watching this disc hyzer flip to straight is a thing of beauty. And anhyzer shots are just as pretty. It just hums along and does its thing. Mild conditions or in the woods are where this disc really shines. Reach for the GStar Destroyer if you want a Destroyer that’s grippy, flexy, and easier to control than Destroyers in other plastics. How it feels: Wide rimmed distance driver that feels as serious as it flies. Flight plate can range from fairly flat to a noticeable dome. GStar Destroyer Flight numbers: 12 / 5 / -1 / 3 How the Destroyer flies: Boom goes the dynamite. The Destroyer is a very fast, very overstable distance driver meant for advanced players. Thrown with the proper amount of power, the Destroyer disc flies straight followed by a slight turn for incredible distance until its mighty fade brings it back to the ground. It has no problems with headwinds and once beat in, you can expect even greater distance. GStar plastic: GStar plastic provides the most grip and flexibility from a premium Innova plastic. Colossus is our first speed 14 driver. Although it has a wide rim, it is also relatively easy to hold and throw both backhand and forehand. If you've wanted to throw a really fast driver, but couldn't quite handle the wide rim, throw the Colossus.

Everyone’s first fairway driver. Useful for long straight shots, gentle hyzers and turnover shots. Extended life as a roller.

The Orc is a great 'Go-To' distance driver with amazing glide and dependable fade. Suitable for powerful throwers, but still manageable for beginners in lighter weights.

If you’re a power player, the Champion Eagle really allows you to sink your claws into the course. Trust it with backhand or forehand throws when there’s a line that has to be hit. How it feels: Classic fairway driver feel with smaller rim. Most stock Eagles are available in the X mold, which has a small bead along rim. Champion Eagle Flight numbers: 7 / 4 / -1 / 3 Flight Path: The Eagle is an overstable fairway driver, that’s a notch less overstable than the Firebird. It can handle power and still remain true to the line it was thrown upon. Expect a noticeable fade with every throw long into its life. It’s a favorite among top pros for its day in, day out reliability and outstanding longevity, especially in premium plastics. Champion plastic: Provides the best durability of all Innova plastics and is among the most overstable as well. Champion’s main drawback is its grip in inclement weather. The Thunderbird comes from strong bloodlines. The stability of a TeeBird with the speed of a Valkyrie; it can be described as a seasoned Firebird with less fade. The Thunderbird is predictable in wind and a great long range placement driver. Pros will appreciate the shot shaping ability of this driver while less experienced players will find a consistent, predictable flight.

Fairways don't seem so tight when you have the straight flying Innova Champion Mako3 – the incredibly useful mid range disc that’ll take over your bag. How the Mako3 disc feels: The Mako3’s thin rim makes grip and release natural for any sized hands. And, after only a few throws your body will instinctively reach for it. Dome can range from pretty flat to noticeable. Champion Mako3 Flight Numbers: 5 / 5 / 0 / 0 How the Mako3 flies: The Mako3 is a neutral flying large diameter mid range disc, and it is perhaps the easiest disc to fly straight from the get-go. It’s got excellent glide and minimal fade at flight’s end. For moderate conditions, especially in the woods, the Mako3 can easily be your most used disc for medium length drives and approaches. However, it is also among Innova’s least grippy plastics. In terms of stability, Champion plastic is among Innova’s most overstable plastics. Great for: Consistently straight medium length drives and approaches Immediate hyzer flips One-disc rounds. How will I throw it?: Beginner to intermediate players will see straight flights with a moderate fade at flight’s end. As they become more accustomed to the disc, they will experience an even straighter finish. Advanced players will see very straight flights from the start and as it ages it will become more and more of a turnover disc.
