The Innova Star TL3 makes following the straight and narrow easier than you thought possible. Plus, its boosted speed brings more landing zones and greens within reach. How it feels: Slender fairway style rim. Lower profile than TeeBird. Most have at least a modest amount of dome. Star TL3 Flight numbers: 8 / 4 / -1 / 1 How the TL3 flies: Situated smack dab in the middle of our flight charts (which is stable and straight territory), the Star TL3 is a no fuss fairway machine. It’s got more speed than the likes of a Leopard or its cousin, the TL. But, when it comes to glide, it’s got a notch less than other Innova fairway flyers, making it a line driver that doesn’t overshoot. Star plastic: If you take the best qualities of all of Innova’s plastics and combine them into one plastic, you get the Star line. Best combination of grip, durability and performance. Star plastic is typically less overstable than Champion or Halo Star plastic. The Star TL3 is great for: Straight-laced drives Controlled turnovers Finesse forehands 300-foot+ Safe shots How will I throw it?: Beginners will see moderate hyzer finishes while  intermediate and advanced players will see the most benefit from this disc.
