The Rhyno is an overstable putt and approach disc that can handle headwinds. Great for players with lots of throwing power as the Rhyno stops on a dime and stays close to the basket. What is the Innova Thumtrac®? Instead of a smooth, uniform surface across the entire flight plate (or top), Thumtrac discs, mostly seen in DX or Pro plastic, have a section near the upper rim that is slightly raised.
The patented feature provides a more secure grip. More prevalent in discs released in the in the 1990’s (Think Birdie, Rhyno, Wolf), it’s still used for modern day discs like the Pig (2008) and the Animal (2020).
