How this batch of Proto Glow Champion TeeBirds feel: Minimal to modest dome. Softer glow feel. Pink discs are a tad stiffer. More about the player: Jennifer Allen is one of the most powerful throwers on the tour. She made it plain for everyone to see in 2016 when she broke the women’s distance record with a 569 foot throw. A fan favorite for her 12+ years on tour, Allen has really shined in the masters division winning the US Masters in 2021 and winning the women’s masters division in the 2022 and 2023 USWDGC. Turn down the overstability of the Firebird a notch with the grippy and flexy Innova GStar Firebird. How it feels: The Firebird’s medium sized rim allows for a comfortable fit for any sized hand. Dome ranges from modest to noticeable. Firebird Flight numbers: 9 / 3 / 0 / 4 Flight Path: Thrown flat with enough power, the overstable Firebird will fly straight for short to medium length drives until its strong fade hooks it to the ground. Excellent control driver for those overpowering other drivers. *A sidearm dominant player approved disc. GStar plastic: GStar plastic provides the most grip and flexibility from a premium Innova plastic. Really shines in wet and cold weather. Not quite as durable as Star, Champion, or Halo, but not as overstable either.
