Here are some pointers to keep your Marketplace experience smooth.
When ordering from the DGU Marketplace, keep in mind:
- DGU Gift Cards, Coupons, Special Promotions, and Reward Points cannot be applied to Marketplace items. (However, you may earn Reward Points for each Marketplace item purchased).
International Customers: Most Marketplace vendors are not equipped to handle international orders. So international orders of Marketplace products are not allowed at this time.
Marketplace Shipping: When it comes to shipping orders with Marketplace items, here’s some important info:
Items from the Marketplace are from third party vendors and therefore ship from their specific location. Keep in mind, these vendors have to receive and process the order, so additional processing time may be needed. You will receive a tracking email from the Marketplace vendor. If you do not receive tracking for your Marketplace item, please reach out to the Marketplace Vendor first (Vendor contact info is available at each DGU Marketplace vendor home page).
Marketplace Shipping Fee: The DGU Flat Rate shipping fee does not apply to Marketplace items. Marketplace vendors chose their own shipping fee for their products. For any questions regarding Marketplace shipping, please contact the vendor (Vendor contact info is available on each DGU Marketplace vendor home page).
DGU Items + Marketplace Items = 2 Separate Orders: If your order contains DGU item(s) and Marketplace item(s), the DGU item will ship from our Rock Hill, S.C., location, while the Marketplace item will ship from the vendor(s) location(s). Separate tracking will be sent for the DGU item(s) and the Marketplace item(s). DGU items typically arrive sooner than Marketplace items.
DGU Items + Marketplace Items Shipping Fee: The DGU Flat Rate only applies to DGU items. Each Marketplace vendor sets their own shipping fee. For mixed orders, the DGU shipping fee is combined with the vendor(s) fee.
Returning Marketplace Items: DGU’s Free Return Shipping Portal does not apply to Marketplace items. If you decide to return a Marketplace item, please contact the Marketplace vendor for return approval and shipping information. Vendor contact info is available on each DGU Marketplace vendor home page. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
